CWEP provides a variety of comprehensive programs in order to meet the needs of various types of clients. Such programs include:

Family Literacy, an integrated program for parents and their children structured to improve the basic, interpersonal, parenting and employment skills of the parents while building a strong educational foundation for the participating children.

Achieving Reunification Center (ARC), is a co-located support service center for families in the foster care system located at 714 Market Street under the auspices of department of Human Services and Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation. Within ARC, CWEP is responsible for providing job readiness and literacy training and workshops for parents seeking reunification with their children.
